this was the image that i created for the upcoming "new masters of photoshop: volume 2" book, published by friends of ed. it is scheduled to be released in june 2004. you can view the coming soon details on amazon.com here: [link] (the full author list and cover information should be coming soon).
since a lot of people can recognize the candid strangers image i did, namely due to the nails, i wanted to continue something similar. the book will be accompanied with a project cd, and you will have the layered photoshop file to mess around with. in addition, i have also tossed some brushes in there and a few of my own textures. i also have a section about inspiration and some of my thoughts about "grunge" in general. |

its a little different to see you doing a photomanip as opposed to a drawing....but...this just shows your versitility...so...good work....good job on keeping that continuity of style between the different forms as well
